That seriously deserves to be front paged, if it wasn't. Even though you left out Recondo, Spirit and Mutt.

Thanks SABOTEUR. RECONDO, SPIRIT & MUTT didnt make the photos as did a few others. THEY WILL BE DONE probably in MARCH. I am trying to finish all the joes from 1982 through 1988 in a 6 inch scale. The cobra group shot with over 50 Cobras in a 6 inch 1:12th Scale will be ready soon.

Do you actually get any sales on these at the $600 and up price point per figure?

Most sell at $249.99 If they are a new release they range from 299.99 to 699.99 initially and then go back down to 299.99 unless it is an extremely backordered item like ripcord and storm shadow for example. We have multiple versions of some characters which we do not picture anymore simply because they oversold and we do not want to make anymore. The price is dependent on the backorder private list, cost of materials, time and difficulty to create, and amount of sculpting etc. The list goes on and on. Someone purchased two waves last month alone which we were very appreciative of as it helps support the 6 inch customizing hobby which is extremely expensive. Some customs cost 300 just to make like ripcord. We usually sell to private collectors who want a more adult version of their favorite characters. When we are done with this project in April we will take more close up pics of everything. Our last major project was the entire Dungeons and Dragons line in a 6 inch scale. Most of the gi joes we only make 2 or 3 of so we do not make these for everyone. We make them for extreme collectors that want something more than the small figures which feel like toys and the 12 inch figures which feel like dolls. The 6 inch format is that middle ground which gets extreme detail without taking up too much space, and feel like a work of art and perfect display or play item whether you are at home or for your office at work. I am an extreme GI JOE fan probably like most on this site and was only loyal to 3&3/4 figures and still am loyal to them. I am also extremely inspired by the new 12 inch figures. I have every vintage arah figure and 25th anniversary figure just like the next Joe collector, but when I saw how much articulation and detail can go into a 6 inch scale figure thanks to Marvel Legends and the Lord of the Rings Line it became an obsession to have the joes that I love in the 6 inch scale. I spent an entire year making these. I will post the Cobras Group Shot soon. I have so many vehicles already made for them like the TOMAHAWK but no time to take pictures. I literally sculpt night and day 7 days a week. I appreciate all the support from fans and hope to complete every figure from 1982 through 1988 by April May with a few extras like Kamakura, etc.

That's cool you're making some sales. I've also seen your AD&D stuff, very nice work.

Thanks Roshan. We are no where near break even, but honestly made these for myself anyway as I love them. I sell some just to help with some of the cost.
