You've got to force it a little bit - just push the upper body back to straighten it out. This works well for Baroness, too.

ceraurus is right about the torso's a little force typically makes these figures do what they're supposed to do. I had to do the same thing to my Lady Jaye and Serpentor, their torso's leaned to the side
