Unfortunately, because of Hasbro's case assortment, the small stores get stuck with lots of peg warmers and everyone buys out the army builders so that's why they have to charge more for army builders.

As to the question about the Toy Traders at 12th and Commercial, it has been closed for about 5 years or more now I believe.
