That playset is the Tactical Battle Platform. (Are you talking about the one the Luke-headed figure is with?)

It's one of the coolest playsets Hasbro made. The Armadillo fits perfectly on the ramp.

It's the Conquest of Cobra Mountain play set from the Joe vs. Cobra line.

Managed to find all of wave 1 - 4 at a local niche toy shop in Langley here... My son owns 6 so far... his 8th birthday is this Saturday... and let's just say that he'll be having a fine bday ;-)

There's a comic/toy store in Metrotown called Ages Three And Up that carried a few 25th Anniversary figures... There's also a similar store in Brentwood Mall that I believe has similar stuff. Aside from these two places, I think I've only seen 25th Aniversary figures at one London Drugs around Vancouver.

Didn't there used to be a Toy Traders on 12th around Commercial? I could have sworn I've seen the sign numerous times driving down to get to the highway...
