Those black Cobra Commanders work great as Iron Grenadiers. Need to do some gold painting and maybe some modification, but you get the idea...

they also remind me of those troops that used to roll with headman in the comics. i think they were stormtroopers. all they seem to be missing ( if i remember correct) is the shoulder pad.
