Philbert, dude, your customs continue to impress!!! Love that one.
Invisor, as always, your so fresh and so clean display warms my anal-retentive, neat-freak heart! Blitz, you make me want to go out and army build again, darn you. Sweet snow army. I want one now.

More army building goodness... Cobra Light Mechanized Platoon...composed mostly Stingers with the Steel Crusher as lead or command vehicle...The new Dreadnok Monster truck is just guest parking and getting a freebie on fuel, ordnance and free maintenance.... Stinger drivers doing routine checks....the Noks are nowhere thus letting a stinger driver do all the hard work in maintaining their Monster Truck |

That 'nok Monster Truck is hilarious. I take it the Monster Truck is joe-sized? (as far as sitting in the vehicle).

Your reference to Mechanized Infantry is way off. Mech Infantry forces are defined by Infantry Fighting Vehicles and dismounted Soldiers that use vehicles like the M2 or M3 Bradley IFVs (tracked vehicle that carries a 3 man crew plus 4-6 dismounts). Lastly, a conventional military platoon consists of four vehicles, not six. The platoon is divided into two sections, Alpha and Bravo. The Alpha section is conventionally controlled by the Platoon leader (officer) and his wingman (NCO), and the Bravo section is controlled by the Platoon Sergeant and his wingman (another NCO). You should do some research before randomly throwing military terminology into your posts. |

The Stinger is a de facto Air Defense Artillery piece. Per the file card, the missiles on the rear of the vehicle are designed for ground to air missions. This means that it uses "Surface to Air" technology to destroy aircraft, thereby making it an ADA piece.

Invasor, simple customs are the best. Makes me wonder though why Hasbro can't get them right the first time. Cough[Wet-suit]cough
Blitz, you put your Stingers anywhere you want. Missile blows up just as well in a tank or building as an airplane far as I'm concerned. Probably easier to hit too. Though that monster truck needs thunder machine colors. Edit: But truth be told, no self respecting Stinger driver would ever slide underneath a ton of steel and explosives without a proper wheel chock in place or at least engaging the parking brake. Nah, I'm just messing with ya, I just wanted to sound like a know-it-all too. Last edited by Hicks_Royel; 12-27-2009 at 05:01 AM.. |
