Here are a few picks of my Arctic Assault collection...mainly just some head swaps. I'm most proud of the Storm Shadow - It's the first time I switched out a body part besides the head.

Black Rose, you and I must've had the same idea about Storm Shadow... I was going to replace his arms too with the Duke arms, but didn't want to have to try to paint the Arashikage tattoo on them.

Yeah, I've seen this done a few times with the Storm Shadow. I was a little hesitant at first to try it. I'm thinking of doing away with the arctic Shipwreck once I receive the DVD box sets with Stalker & Roadblock - I have an extra Snow Job stashed for the head swap. By the way I like the custom Snake Eyes avatar. It would be cool if you could post a picture of the whole fig.

It's somewhere on TNI, but the figure doesn't exist anymore. I ended up using the parts for other figures... just finished a custom Nunchuk yesterday that'll post soon.
