Top shelf of my ikea cabinet

I themed the top shelf of my IKEA cabinet after the GI JOE movie from 1987. I have a few more characters to create and put in there, but for now, this is what I have. Hope you can dig!

Very nice, sir. Your customs are tits, man. I'm gonna say it, though. I want a dio out of them. Your Cobra-La crew alone should have some background to make em pop.

I will definitely do this! Though I am waiting for one more custom to be finished before I get this ball rolling (Pre mutated cobra commander)

Thanks! He's one of my favorites as well. Here's the recipe:

Head: original figure dremeled out
Antennae: sculpted
Cape: retaliation trooper
Legs: ROC destro with sculpted thigh pad things
Arms: ROC 3 pack Mars trooper with sculpted arm gauntlets
Armor in chest: original figure dremeled off
Plenty of paint.

I dig it. Nice display. And I am not even fond of cobra la.
Two non exclusive figures that I think are needed is duke and roadblock. IMO they had significant scenes in the movie.

I agree. I will throw them in the mix when I expand to the larger ikea cabinet currently reserved for my dreadnock display. The problem I run into is that I really haven't found a roadblock which looks like roadblock to me. I like the resolute versions of both characters but they don't blend well in the cartoon movie. I guess I will figure it out. Thanks!

Duke will look good laying on a bed in the background.
