I'm kind of new to actually posting on HissTank, although I've been reading it for several months. I recently came across a Best of the 80's pack in a discount store. I got one for my own collection several months ago, but know they are scarce and figured I'd offer it on here rather than dealing with ebay, since I've never actually sold on there.

The set is still in the box, and in good shape, with minor wear around the edges (I'd personally call it mint, but I know some people can be really picky about that, and don't want to over sell it) and a price sticker on the top side at far right. As for the figures, there is one small defect: the flag Duke comes with is upside-down on the poll. I do not own a digital camera, so I can't post a picture, but I might be able to take the set to my work and use one there. If so, a picture should be up in the next couple days.

My preference would be to sell this as a whole, but I may be willing to break it up if no one wants a complete one. I know this sells for ridiculous amounts on ebay, but I'm not looking for that much. Send me an offer and I'll let you know if I think its fair. My preference would be to do the transfer through PayPal, so that both parties are protected. Also, if you live in the Des Moines, IA area, I'd be willing to do an in-person transfer.

While my preference is money, I could be talked into certain trades. I've have a small list of figures and vehicles I'm looking for, which I've listed in my sig. It would have to be a pretty decent trade, but I also would be open to a combination of trade and cash.

I think I might've been unclear about what I wanted here. I've had a couple people pm me asking how much I want for this, but I was looking for message stating what you are willing to pay. I'm not trying to be evasive, but I'm just not sure what is fair. I've seen auctions on eBay, but they seem absurdly high. Just to give you an idea, I bought the set for $15 plus tax, and given that the original retail was between $20 and $25, and this set was nearly impossible to find at retail, I don't think that $30 or so before shipping is unreasonable as a starting point. That said, I'm going to sell to whoever offers the most (either in money, trade, or a combination of the two) and I'm going to wait at least a couple days to allow anyone who is interested to message me.

Tuesday bump. Received a couple offers, biggest being $40. Hoping to have pictures tomorrow night or Thursday morning.

Wednesday Bump. Took pictures today. My friend is getting them off his camera and I'll post them tomorrow after noon. I'm currently planning on taking offers through Friday 6pm CST. Current high offer is $55 in cash and trade.

Thursday bump. My friend kinda fell through on the photos. There on his camera, but I haven't been able to get the files. I might still be able to get them if they're desired by someone, but it would be a pain. Current high bid is $75 plus shipping. I doubt that'll be topped, but I'm still open to cash plus trades or straight trades (but they'd have to be of equal value or reasonably close. FYI, any one willing to trade a 25th Stinger wouldn't need to offer much else, as I doubt I could get one for less than $40 bucks elsewhere). I'll be deciding tomorrow about 6pm.

Before I had been more open to trade, but my financial situation has made me need money a little more. At the very least, I can't afford to lose money, which means the bare minimum cash bid would need to be $16 plus shipping, to which either cash or trade could be added. I'd like to make at least some profit for my trouble, so if you are not willing to make a serious bid (at least $35 by my estimation), please don't bother. Also, please do not bid if you are not willing to pay. I got jerked around a couple time when I first tried to sell this, and I don't want to go through that hassle again.

I'll probably come to a decision by tomorrow night and be looking to ship by Friday.
