To date I've shipped 52 orders of action figures, mostly via ebay. Orders have ranged from 1 figure all the way up to one fellow who ordered over 150. 100% positive feedback so far. Still have several hundred action figures that need new homes.
Have settled on new shipping rates based on what I can fit in USPS priority flat-rate boxes plus insurance and delivery confirmation... 1-10 figures: $6.60 (flat rate) 11-50 figures: $13.90 (flat rate) 51+ figures: Free You're welcome to buy from me directly via PM/paypal, just find what you want in my ebay listings and PM me. For action figures, the YoJoe price will be 30% less than what's listed on eBay. But the more you buy the less I'll let them go for, so PM me if you want a good deal on a whole bunch of figures. Or you can just buy through ebay, 'best offers' should automatically be accepted at around 20% off (no further discount on ebay sales due to ebay's fees). Four more orders shipped during lunch today.
Figured out how to export my current inventory from eBay, here's a complete list as of 10 minutes ago: full collection PM with questions/offers.

Have had a bunch of people asking about large orders that they want to place after the holiday.
I know a lot of folks are short on cash due to the holidays, so to help out I'm willing to do a sort of lay-away plan. I'll de-list items from eBay and hold them for you until 1/16/11 in exchange for a 10% non-refundable deposit. What that gets you is your desired item(s) taken off eBay ASAP, your full order picked within 24 hours, and a picture of your stuff emailed to you (or posted in this thread if you prefer) so that you know it's real and ready to ship. Balance must be paid by 1/16/11. The reason that any deposits are non-refundable: if a buyer doesn't follow through I eat ebay fees to re-list and I'll have to spend forever sorting everything back into the appropriate bag and box/bin so I can find it again when someone else orders it. Understand also that there'll be no extending past 1/16/11; the point of the sale is to get this stuff out of here and having it sit for ages in usps boxes waiting to ship won't help. Find what you want in the spreadsheet or the ebay store and PM me for HissTank pricing and paypal info.

Have now got everything listed on Bonanza.com in addition to eBay.
Bonanza has a much more tolerable fee structure. I have the booth on Bonanza set up to do 15% off $50+ and I set up a coupon code, 'festivus', for 20% off. The discounts stack, so 35% off $50 or more. The 'festivus' discount will be valid until at least Sunday night. If you want stuff, this is a pretty good window to grab it on Bonanza. Still have over 900 figures on eBay, 99% between $2.49 and $4.99.
First-class mail for shipping figures -in boxes, not bubble mailers- is $2.58 for the first figure and $0.17 cents for each additional. If you want them fast, USPS Priority shipping is $6.95 1-10 figures and FREE for 10+. I'm tired of looking at these things, help me get them out of here ASAP! Lots of positive feedback from buyers based on the current sale prices and the new USPS First Class shipping option.
Also, since introducing flat-rate Priority international shipping I've had buyers in Brazil, the UK, and Greece. I think that's pretty cool. Take advantage of the lower prices on the figures and shipping and help me reclaim my living room!

Approximately 430 figures remaining- they're flying out of here at their current prices.
Highlights of remaining figures: Old-school style Squad leaders and troopers V1 Viper Guards and V12-V14 Vipers, and V5 Televipers - great figures Electric Eels - I can't believe people haven't been picking these up. Super badass sculpts, IMO. Tons of BATs, Sand Vipers, and assorted Ninjas. Down to just 10 Crimson Guards. Had over eighty when I started clearing this stuff out! Deliverator's Joes on eBay
