how for him, out of curiosity? I havent really collected anything again until the new Joes came out, and that got me wondering how my collection would hold up as to trying to sell or trade them. Im know what some of them 'used' to be worth, but I dont know if things have gone up or down on them. |

Not to sound like a total noob, but are there any websites that I could get some accurate listing prices for figures? I really dont know how much they are goin for, and I cant find my last issue of ToyFare anywhere.
I dont want to rip anyone off with trade/selling, but I also dont want to get ripped off myself being somewhat out of the loop on how they have been doing. |

check on ebay that will give you a general idea as to what people are willing to pay for specific figures.

Ebay is just about the best "price guide" in the world....It tells you what the average price for something is by what people are actually paying...It varys greatly depending on the figure...The Sentinel is about $50 loose, a loose deadpool goes for about $39...I know you don't have it, just saying...I sold a lot of my loose figures recently..got $20 for Blade, $10 for Vision-non variant, $20 for Apocalyse(smaller one, not baf), $25 for Iron Man (original armor), $18 for Phoenix, $7 for Blackheart, $5 for Howard the Duck, and the list goes on...Those were all loose...carded can be more, but I didn't notice a huge variation between carded and loose...for instance a carded deadpool was around $45 to $50, but a carded Iron man was still roughly the same $25. Also, shipping is higher for carded which hurts sometimes...you need a lot bigger box to ship carded compared to loose with no comic or crazy stand most people don't want anyway...So what ends up happening sometimes is I can sell my loose Storm for instance easier at $10 than you could sell your carded at $12 just because my shipping is several dollars cheaper. And as far as collection vs individual, that's up to you, but you will get more for the collection as singles and breaking it up then together...there may be some figures you can't get rid of but the extra profit should more than make up for it... list them all on ebay, starting at $1, and offer shipping discounts on multiple items. Also, offer a free figure when they win 4.
Guaranteed you'll clean house that way. Then go spend all the money on 25th!!!
