Hey everyone, Johnny yet again with another retarded question...
I have been buying Joes from retail since they have been released and I really just cannot take the hunt anymore! It's cost me a fourtune in gas to drive around to find nothing all day. I decided I wanted to start purchasing full waves online. I really want to get an honest opinion and where else but Hisstank forums, right? Where should I buy Joes online? (rated by service and reliability) Thanks.

I hear you bro. here's my experience:
BBTS is awesome, reliable and honest. My #1 source for Joes. Just placed an order with Toyrocket.com as they had dvd packs in stock. They shipped NEXT DAY but shorted me an itme yet called me right back and made good. Smalljoes is ok but late to the game. entertainmentearth is great too and tends to get them early. cornerstorecomics is ok but they charge you for cancellations..this is a turn off to me. |

I like the GI Joe Club too. If you're looking for impeccable cards, BBTS. Not to say the Club kicks their boxes around their offices, but I've had some with veining. No different than retail, tho. They always ship faster to me than anywhere else I've ever purchased.

#1 - Check the boards - you can almost always get figures for less than retail.
#2 - BBTS - best customer service, selection, and great communication.

I really apreciate it, I think I may go with Entertainmentearth.com but idk I'll see what happens when I get my pay check.
What about EE.com? Any luck?

Wave 10 is what I am after next. I think this will be my route from now on. I will spend the even price on Joes + shipping. Instead of spending 10-20 on gas. (I sure will miss the hunt)

I really DO think HTS is a legitimate OPTION, assuming you have some patience with them. When they have stock, and you have a discount code, I've routinely come well ahead of retail in price and convenience.
Catch is, the lower price (HTS DOES follow Hasbro's MSRP) means that certain popular figures (like troop builders or new figures in general) are almost always sold out. But if you order enough, and can get in at the right time, it DOES present another option. If buying online, I DO suggest waiting a few weeks after a wave is posted before pre-ordering. hasbro does 2-3 revisions in any given wave, meaning it is entirely possible to order a case with more figures you want in situations where you might not be enthused with the entire assortment.
