Is there any possibility of making some of them in either a dark grey color or black? If they were molded in either of those colors, then I'd be interested. I don't like painting as I find paint will always chip off. I'm sure there'll be a group of us that would like it to be the original Steeler's visor color or close to it.

Since Steeler's helmet doesn't come with holes, how are you attaching the visor? I'd be very interested in picking one up since my Joe Con Steeler's visor never quite fit right.

Thats the thing...

you need to use a helmet that can wear a visor. Hawk, flash, etc. Since the steeler helm doesn't seem to fit just right anyway, it's an easy swap

working with resin dyes didn't turn out to well for me. 1) i can only use solid colors. any mixing tones and such is a no go, and 2) i guess i can make a batch an d then use some RIT dyes to stain them black. no paint.

If you manage to make a batch of black ones, I'd definitely grab one off you. I'm willing to pay you a little more cause of the extra trouble you'd have to go through to dye them. Let me know.

Just to let everyone who placed an order that ALL confirmed orders have been processed and will be in the mail tomorow, or wednesday.

Now, unfortunate update.

Due to the outstanding amount of orders, the mold took a HUGE beating, and i had to make 2 more to get the orders done. I have 1 for back up as well now. What does this mean? well, it means that from now on, starting with any NEW orders, the visors will be $4 shipped. up $1 due to the new molds. Orders of 3 or higher will get a discount. sorry guys, but still a decent price.

Also, starting with the next batch, you will have a choice of white, or dark grey/black. Black ones will be dyed with RIT dyes and will be $4.50 Shipped

Since the board is clear, i will entertain new orders.
