I am having the same problem. That fan tail railing is almost impossible to find. I am trying to complete 2 of the 3 Flaggs I have.

To be honest, I know that it is a long shot on most of the items but I'd really like to get the fuel tanker and hoses/nozzles. Is the fan tail the only thing you are missing?

Thanks for the thread, now i know why my mast top was leaning out away from the center: i was missing the mast cap. Also, now i finally know what this railing is that everyone keeps talking about.

Replacement Toys Parts and More on EBay sell a replica of the fantail rail that looks pretty good.
