I agree. There just isn't enough to complain about and further divide. I can not wait for the new cartoon so we can go about the business of bitching about despite how good it is.

it's bad enough I'm an adult with an unhealthy amount of toys, the last thing I need to be interested in is cartoons as well.

A quality toon would go far to breath life into the Joe franchise. Unfortunately Resolute has been Hasbro's only home run with a lot of foul balls along the way.
(OK, OK... maybe not a home run (too strong I guess), but certainly a "hit" compared to a "foul ball".) Last edited by Captain Carstein; 04-26-2010 at 02:04 AM.. Reason: Confusion appartently... |

I wouldn't even call Resolute a home run. More of a double with a runner on first except the runner can only advance to third.
Operation HISS (pure crap) was an intentional walk. Hopefully the new toon will be a Grand Slam.

I'm totally excited by the idea of the new cartoon. Sigma Six wasn't my GI Joe, but it was something i could watch with the kids. I loved the cobra helicarrier and some of the other things that came out of it. Their take on Zartan and Spirit was terrific. The story line with firefly infiltrating the joes was my favorite part.

I agree completely. Was resolute perfect? Hell No. Was it the best thing that's happened in the last 12 months? Hell yea.
