At the end of No Place Like Springfield 2 Parter, its pretty clear Shipwreck and Lady Jaye are friends.

If you pay attention closely to Lady Jaye, she does love attention, she sits on General Hawk's desk in season 2 as I recall, but of course, she loves Flint, its just he is with someone who is a natural flirt in terms of body language.

Correct. Everyone thought CC and Destro were dead. Baroness was on Serpentor's naughty list for screwing up at the embassy (I think). Fred VII showed up, unmasked himself in front of Baroness in private and told her the partial truth about what happened. Destro's name doesn't come up.
