Been creating galleries for the various storyboard sets at the Archive.
First the misc. gallery, collecting the various samples from episodes and commercials (In truth, the bulk of what GI Joe has): https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot...g-gallery.html For episodes proper, there's Flint's Vacation, Act II: https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot...on-act-ii.html And finally, the on-set photos and storyboards from Griffin-Bacal's 1992 live-action commercials: https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot...ommercial.html |

Popped in for a couple of things.
The Operation: Dragonfire scripts from the DiC series have now been moved to my new side-blog for other shows not involving Sunbow or Marvel - Animated '80s: https://animated80s.blogspot.com/202...-1991-dic.html Also, trawling through the Internet Archive, I found scans of Marvel alumni Bob Singer's storyboarding guidebook from 1993, which included samples of Bill Barry's storyboards for Sins Of Our Fathers. |

Once again, if anyone has any production material that could help. Scripts, storyboards, model sheets or even memos or correspondence, please get in touch. The Joe side of the Archive is looking postively threadbare compared to how the Transformers sections have expanded over the past year, I'm looking to change that anyway I can.

A lost media find, sorta kinda. In this advert promoting the movie edit of Arise, Serpentor, Arise, the familiar footage of the produced Season 2 intro is mixed in with shots from Mike Vosburg's storyboarded intro. Until now, there was no reason to believe that Mike's version was ever produced.
Storyboards are at the Archive: https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot...g-gallery.html |
