I loved Gi joe resolute this is the show i have been waiting for ever since i was a kid people actually died there were no lasers only led Snake eyes was bad ass i loved it they need to make it a official series from now on this how gi joe should be although not better then the original 80s show a grate a reafreshing take on the gi joe methology. my only minor gripe was snakes eys and storm shadows origin snake eyes is a commando first and a ninja second i whis they would of had the back story of snke eys and storm shadow fighting side biside in like afganistan or smoehting before the whole gi joe vs cobra war started similare to the comics that showed them as LRRp troop other wise it was flawless

I did. There were some things I wasn't thrilled with (lack of depth for Storm Shadow / Snake Eyes), and some of the death's for the sake of death, while Scarlet and Duke weren't really touched in a silly firefight, and a rushed ending.
But, over all, it was great stuff. Heavily based on the original cartoon, which explains most of the "problems" I listed above, and I was always a comic guy over the toon. I'd give it probably a 8.5 out of 10, if not 9. |

Haven't found any torrents of the full thing yet... was the full version edited together, or just all the episodes back to back?

resolute was a great piece of work
no it wasn't perfect....but I think it was just DAMN close to what we've all been thinking. and poor ray park is not going to be nearly as bad ass as resolute snake eyes. |

I'm going to be the first person to say the truth...I didn't enjoy it in the least bit!! Yay!! It had Duke and Scarlette acting like a teenage couple that just broke up, No Hawk to keep the Joes in line, and where the hell did Firefly sabotage anything!? He shot a rocket across the city that had a hologram in it of C.C running his mouth like he actually knew what he was talking about!!
Who cares about Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow anymore? Thats whats giving me the biggests doubts about the upcoming movie. Nobody looks like they did back in the cartoon EXCEPT for...guess who...Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow! I'm guessing that means they are going to take up 80% of the screen time! ENOUGH WITH THE NINJA COMMANDOS ALREADY!! Where was Shipwreck - Deep Six - Sci-Fi - Snow Job - Ace - Crimson Guards - Alley Vipers and Sgt. Slaughter for god sakes!! I can't say anything good about what I saw. Those aren't even the things that upset me the most, I can only think of 2 words to describe how disappointed I was with Resolute... Stalkers Dreadlocks!?!?

also agree about the "fantasy" arctic firefight... completely surrounded in machine gun cross-fire and grenades/missile fire? |
