Maybe add some special, individual weaponry or remove the helmet to make him look more like a special agent rather just another troop?

I'm kind of on the fence on this one and am curious to see what others have done with him.

I would like to see someone remove the helmet and maybe do him up with an old style sniper cape, and maybea silver aiguillette like the CG's wear. Even though some complain he's the SS equivalent of a repaint, I really dig him. I think he's a cool addition to Cobra's forces.

I was thinking of turning him into an Action Force Hunter, but I don't know if I want to start customizing $100+ figures...

I sometimes think of him as Fumbles, though.

Exactly. I'm really surprised no one has done this yet.

All my collector money is going to Hot Toys DX Batman and Iron Man product right now or I might take a stab at it.

Good to hear someone is thinking of me lol JK but yeah he is just too expensive to customize for my taste

I really want to get this figure, but I HATE that head sculpt. It just doesn't stand up to the other Joe sculpts. It looks cheap. They should have furrowed his brow more and maybe have him squinting one eye. The other masked sculpts have much better expressions. If I do get him, I'd need to get another head for him, I think. What a bummer.
