AT Robot Shark

I have been looking for a "robot" shark for awhile and I just remembered that the 2010 Convention set "Escape from Spy Island" came with an adventure team shark. I haven't been able to find a review here or anywhere online to see if this is something worth pursuing.

Does anyone have this shark? If so, are the jaw and tail articulated as it appears in photos? How does it scale with 4 inch Joes? I also came across a photo of a black version, is that a real thing or was just a silver version released?

If anyone has any information or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!

The black shark is on the lower shelf between the Henchman figure and the club comic. I wonder if the black shark was the free "Attendee Bonus" that year for the 12 inch set?

Old Snake that robot shark was originally planned for the Sigma 6 line but the assortment it would have debuted was shelved when sigma was put on "HIATUS" The joe club was able to use the completed tooling and offed the robotic shark as a part of the club set, sadly it hasn't been offered again.
