I think the web geared Snake Eyes looks much better than the electronic one, the web gear makes him look a bit more bulkier. The other difference is the holster, extra sword, Uzi, grenades and different boots the other one has. I am also planning on customizing this to have an SA body but it will be a bit challenging to have him keep that movie look.
When you have a moment can you post a photo of the unreleased Viper? I had to customize the one that was widely available - I'll post o photo of mine soon.

Wow, have you come across any if those of late - I can't believe Hasbro that one out too. Can you provide some clearer photos of him, he really looks like on of the movie Vipers.

I'll grab some clearer pics for you as far as i know he was only called a Neo Viper tho he does look more like the Viper commando's from the start of the movie. but with the Neo-viper style helmet
