I got a lot of random 12 action figures for Christmas. Among the many generic guys was this one actual Joe. I searched YoJoe's archives but i can't seem to find who he is. I was hoping someone could help me id him. His butt says 1996 Hasbro, Inc. He has a molded red shirt that says Marines Honor-Courage-Commitment. The green on his arms is wire from a rig job my sister did because his arm had fallen off. Also in this lot was some Hasbro G.I. Joe clothes. If anyone could tell me who the clothes were originally for as well, that would be much appreciated. Pictures should be attched.

92 views and not one response! Doesn't anyone have even a vague idea? This guy looks so normal I figured he wasn't anything special. Do I have something rare here? Also, even if you just know who the clothes are for I'd appreciate an answer.

He is a generic G.I.Joe Marine. Paris Island I believe. The tiger stripe camo shirt is a generic Vietnam Joe shirt, flight suit Joe pilot, artic camo shirt Joe 2010, black jump suit Joe 2010. Not sure what website has these archived but I have seen a site years ago that had pictures of all these.

I am new to GI Joe, so i could be completely wrong, but wasn't the parris island stuff released in '91-'95. I saw on another website that they had convention exculsives after that, but this guy doesn't look like Gung-Ho or Lady Jaye, and mine has a 96 copyright.

I can't seem to find anyone who has pictures of the Parris Island figures. I found people with the add-on sets, but not the figures. Does anyone know where i could find pictures like that, or does anyone have any more info about the line?

I have all of the modern 12" joe stuff in storage. I can't from memory tell you exactly what you have here, but I can tell you that the $ value is very minimal at best. Nothing here is rare or complete, and sorry to say, the market for this stuff is weak.

I'm not looking at it for monitary value, actually. The only reason i even considered he would be worth something was because i was having trouble finding who he was. I like to buy random guys and make characters out of them, so since this guy had potential for an existing background story, I was curious what it might be. I was also curious about the toyline because, as a newby to the toy collecting thing, i'd like to know more about past toys. So if anyone has any info i'd be glad to know.

I think that is a Hasbro 1996 G.I. Joe Classic Collection Dress Marine action figure, but I might be mistaken. |

All I can add that It's a GI Joe and not a 12" GI Joe ARAH. 2 different type of Joes
Did a google seach and this is what I found 2001 Hasbro Gi Joe Basic Training Marine 12

The A's were Henderson's first and favorite team, so much so that he returned three times and wanted to return a fourth so he could retire in green and gold.
