I'm always curious as to what the figures are catching from buyers from all levels. Whether they either missed out, or are just getting into the line, it's quite interesting to see how much these figures go for and ask myself why such a price either large or small.
check this out:GI Joe FIREFLY 12" Figure Sideshow Exclusive 1/6 Scale | eBay and I thought the $240.00 - $280.00 price for a loose/opened figure was steep. I wonder what I could get for my MISMB Exclusive? |

That seems really high. IIRC, the exclusive was kinda lame. Wasn't it an IED or something? I'm quite happy with my non-exclusive firefly although now I kinda wish I had kept him MIB since I could probably double my money at this point. And I did get my firefly on the secondary market, just not on ebay

I got my Firefly for $200 at Fan Expo a few weeks ago, sealed and the SS exclusive version.

I've been watching Firefly for a while now trying to find a decent price. I was shocked to see how high that auction went for. I thought i had a chance initially but towards the end it went crazy.
Not really much chance for a secondary market other than ebay here in Oz |

I had a couple of bids on that auction...but too pricey for me in the end.
Luckily though i scored BIN on a non EX today for a fraction of the price £95. |

Somebody must have really wanted him...glad I got mine on a wait list reservation. That's what got me hooked and 12 figures later here I am.

Firefly was the clincher for me...I told myself if I was able to get him I would begin collecting the 1/6th Joes from Sideshow. Haven't regretted it one bit...they are great to set up and display...and re-display over and over again.
