Well if you already have mostly all the joes, and you want cobra's, sell what you dont want and keep the 4inch figs you like. There aren't much Cobras so far, so it shouldnt set you back too too much.

I would keep the 4 inch figures, you have them and they have vehicles too. The Side Show stuff is cool but costly. Do you have room in your collection for both? If so try one Side Show figure to test them out. See if it's something you would be into. If not you can always sell the Side Show. But if you like it and want to start collecting Side Show then you could sell the 4 inch figures if you want to. I would try to make room for both, but that's me. If it's a cash issue, I need to sell the 4 inch figures to buy the Side Show stuff I get that too. Again only you can decide what to do.

Nice. That means if I wanted to sell the Snake Eyes and Beach Head. I am looking at some nice cash.

Very cool, cant wait to have you back with the StarJoes community. I know you have the room, I would keep both but that is me. If you want to just do Side Show that's cool but they only do about 3-4 figures a year and who know's how long they will have the license to produce GI JOE?

This is a great thread, I'm currently going through the same thing. I've been going back and forth on this for about a month now. The Sideshow's look amazing and in most cases have that classic look with a modern spin. I'm only missing the Viper, which I have heard is amazing. I also need most of the dio's, but I think most of them are over priced & would have to pick them up on flex pay or sale. Anyway, it's a hard decision brother & I've yet to make mine...so for now it's both.

I love how detailed and versatile 12" figures are. I briefly thought I would start collecting in this scale back in '03, but saw after the second figure that it would take up too much space. Then I discovered BBI's Elite Force 1:18 line and was sucked in by the detail. Not to mention the awesome vehicles that weren't available in 1/6th scale. So that's how I made up my mind; I could have more characters with support vehicles, whereas in 12" realm I could not.

I think if you sell your 4" you'll regret it. Also if your only missing some cobras. Just save up for them. You'll never get fair value for your 4". Have patience.
