What I meant was that I want to determine drops every X number of rounds after a character has entered the poll instead of doing it for all characters on the 280th, 285th, 290th round, etc.
If you mean "minimum of X votes per poll" then that's not really workable for the simple reason that with a varrying number o voters, that may unfairly benefit or penalize characters depending when they enter the poll. (eg. getting 3 votes of 20 is way better than 3 votes of 40).
If you mean rolling the drops after each character has been in for 5 polls rather than ever 5/10 then that's your call. Means you have to keep track of this every poll rather than at one time. I liked doing it all at once but totally up to you.
All I do is divide the number of votes the character gets over 5 polls by the total number of votes in that 5 polls to get their percentage. Then drop to the requisite number of noms.
Yeah, I can keep it going regularly, although would you be open to going back to the older drop system that Beef used? I feel as if that would be simpler to manage.
