I've heard it was good, but wow. This has to be the defining Gijoe comics series for me. Especially World War III, I spent four hours reading that massive tpb almost uninterrupted. The Emperor's new Clothes story arc was fantastic And the opening issues are intense!
Highly recommended for anyone who is a Gijoe fan.

I LOVED Stefano Casselli's art. Story was okay leading up to WWIII, I enjoyed WWIII but did not like how it ended. I felt that the conclusion was rushed and that not all loose ends were tied up.

Union of the Snake is where DDP gets really good in my opinion. The first 3 tpbs I've got were boring.
