I could understand why the Commander would not have wanted the Joe's killed. He didn't want them meddling at all, let alone going after him with a vengeance.
And poor Tyrone was tossed into the freighter to die. I'd like to see him come back at some point, and if Sneak Peek (who died on panel) can do it then so can Tyrone.

When talking about Andrew Wildman... I noticed that this art didn't really go over the top until 1993 and issue 135 (the first "Starring Snake-Eyes and Ninja Force" issue. It's also Poly-bagged). Almost overnight he traded his own style to emulate Rob Liefeld. More lines on the faces, big poofy hair, exaggerated poses, etc.
Marvel was doing that with a lot of artists at the time. Even Herb Trimpe turned in a "Robbed Liefeld" performance in an issue of Fantastic Four Unlimited. The title seems to rebound a little bit at issue 145. So hold on for that.

Awe man, I finished Volume 13 and now it is another month until 14 comes out and 15 does not have a release date yet. What am I supposed to read Joe wise until then?
BTW, CC shooting the Techno Viper was awesome.

Yes.
Bad. Horrible editing. Lackluster stories. There's a thread somewhere I started where I meant to review every story, but I only ended up posting reviews of a couple. Read 'em all but none really stood out as good reads. I would love if Joe ended up doing something like Star Wars' EU series of novels (not necessarily the current 9 book series).

I've had it for a while now but haven't even cracked it open. Is the other Max Brooks book any good? |

No and I'm not interested in reading any books rights now. I just finished school and reading text books were a pain, add on top that I have been reading Fleming's Bond novels, Howard's Conan stories, and am currently in the middle of Dante's Inferno, and I need a break from books for a while.

I don't know. It was nice that it focused on more of the Joes (of course it was typically Snake Eyes, Duke, Scarlett but..) then we get in the IDW comics, but I don't know if Tales offered a lot more.
