I am really wanting to read the Neil Adams/Denny O'Neal Batman. I've heard the '70s Batman stories were great. Did some research and there are 3 volumes of Neil Adams greatest work hardcovers. I had read one complaint that he recolored them digitally for the collections?
Was trying to find out if these were ever collected in their natural states? Are these available anywhere? |

Would love to read these, too. I found a handful of late-70s/early '80s Batmans and have been reading them. Very entertaining. Nice to switch between classic and the newer, grittier style.

There are various Neal Adams reprints of his DC comics works.
Most are expensive and slightly re-worked. There are 3 Batman Hardcovers, 1 Slipcase GA/GL, 1 slipcase Deadman, and 2 DC various Collections in HC. There have been several GL/GA trades in varying forms. The Batman stuff is everywhere in trade, but isn't collected per se I don't think. Honestly the best and cheapest way to get the Neal Adams Batman reprints in the original colored form is in the oversized DC Limited Collectors editions from the 70s/80s--akin to Marvel treasury editions. Like these there are 4 or 5..which collect most if not all of the batman stories. Limited Collectors' Edition Batman Treasury Bronze Age lot of 3 C-25, C-51, C-59 | eBay

Thanks for the info. I may track down the Neil Adams Batman collections after all. Almost everything seems to be contained in the 3 volumes.

It's easiest to be sure...it isn't exactly like the originals, but it is pretty anyway.
