Just thought others would like to know that my order of the Stinger and Flak Cannon/CLAW vehicles has shipped. I was worried about my order when I got that bankruptcy letter like some of you.
I immediately sent an e-mail the day of to find out what's going on. After no response for a week, I put in a dispute since they had already charged me shipping when I placed the pre-order. A few days after I put in my dispute I got an e-mail saying my items were in stock and being processed for shipping. I called my credit card and canceled the dispute. Today I got my shipping notice, and all is well. But, I'm never ordering from them again. I learned my lesson. |

Thank you to the Toy Rocket defenders who gave me some confidence to wait it out for a bit. I just got my shipping confirmation for my order, so I'm happy I didnt have to deal with canceling, messing with legal matters, or ordering my stuff elsewhere.
It is distressing to receive a legal notice that basically states that I may he geting docked over, all during a time that they are dealing with whatever it was that made them tough to be through to. Should arrive soon, hopefully everyone including ToyRocket turns out okay through all this. |

Just an update to let people know I received my Stinger and Flak/CLAW vehicles today. Things might not be so bleak if you still have pending orders.

Point is, I don't think they're being classified with the others, which are also just as great. EE has a sale on extreme conditions sets and $11 Hiss Tanks right now by the way. Back to ToyRocket, I don't even know what to do. The guy who loves them has yet to post again. The last straw was the hall of heroes.. I was one of the first few people to order - My rep had told me they wherent up yet but would put my order in.. he contacted me as soon as they where up.. and after dropping nearly 2g on ordering them.. EE only sent me 3 cases.. and told me they didnt get enough - but I had my customers cancel my pre-orders because they got 1 and 2 cases from EE directly.. Shady is an understatment there.. As for other etailers.. there are some smaller ones.. Outer Rim, GTG, me.. but we just dont advertize as much.. but we take care of our people too.. as for this ToyRocket non-sense.. sorry.. I dont trust them.. |

I am a trusting person but as far as the Toy Rocket store is concerned. I will not order from them again.

From why I understand, you had a lot more invested in you order, so cancelling was the right thing to do, since who knows how their troubles/reorganizing would have affected or delayed a large quantity. I'd consider ordering again down the line, if they do get resettled and I can get someone on the phone prior to ordering and have an open dialogue about how their business is working then and explain the frustration many have experienced this summer. |

Has anybody here had any problem getting stuff from toyrocket.com? I ordered wave 5 vehicle set from them on the 1st and here it is the 17th and nothing. I contacted them twice, the first time they emailed me saying they were updating there system, the second time they called me told me they were out of the arctic hiss tanks and would give me store credit for that one. I keep checking my order status but no changes since the 1st.

The same thing happened to me when I emailed them the first time. I got the same response. The status for my order never changed even though my credit card was charged for the Wave 5 Set and shipping.
In the end, I had to cancel my order due to some unrelated financial issues. After a few days, they credited my card. About a week after they credited my card, I received a package from them. I am trying to work with them to send the unopened package back, but no one has responded with more than a cut-and-paste reply. Luckily, I have not been charged for the items yet. Since I canceled the order and cannot afford to buy the set, I do not feel right about just keeping the package. They must be have some real issues with their operations. Even with the cancellation and the refund, my order status still reads something about pending payment. |
