TofuJesse - Pending Order Resolution Thread

I just today found this thread by accident. I appreciate the help the moderator is providing here and perhaps someone will take the time to contact the other Tankers on the list who have yet to respond and alert them to the existence of this thread.

As regards my situation with Jesse, it developed like this: After placing an order and not having a update several weeks later, I emailed to which he responded that he would look into the order and get back with me shortly. After not having an update sometime later, I emailed again to which he did not respond. I opened a paypal case as 'items not received' just before the claim period was to expire. Jesse responded to paypal he would ship the items. Some of the items did arrive later but, half of the order was wrong and it was missing items.

I returned the incorrect items to him expecting an exchange to which he promised to include a few castings of my choice to compensate for the cost of return postage of his items. He later sent another package to an address which he claimed was my old billing address that he got from his pay pal records rather than sending it to my shipping address which he mailed to the first time so, I again I did not get the package and I cannot verify what was actually sent. He acknowledged to paypal he shipped to the incorrect address and would ship again. Afterwards, he told me he had shipped the package again but, he did not provide tracking and the package did not arrive.

His excuse was he had some family problems. Paypal refunded me for the transaction. I gave Jesse several opportunities to correct this situation explaining that I simply wanted to get the parts and make sure he got paid. Unfortunately, Jesse did not do what was necessary and paypal corrected it for him.
BTW: Out of my $35.00 order all I wanted was a couple of Slaughter baton/ whistle sets which I did not get.

The rest of the order was unnecessary but, I ordered the other castings then just to give the guy some business- I guess he did not want the business badly enough. Very disappointing.

Hey guys please don't get discouraged. I will have the remaining orders out this week and if you were wanting a refund I will be getting in touch with you later this week. Apologizes for not being on for a couple weeks but I had some family stuff I had to tend to.

Ok I got you guys on my list. I have both your in and ill get on it. Ill be posting a bunch of DC numbers on Sat. Again I can't stress this enough. If there is anyone out there that knows someone that didn't get something let them know they have to contact me or I'll never know.

Not sure if it ever shipped as haven't had a reply to my emails.

I received earlier orders in about 6 weeks, but this has been outstanding since January.
