Yes this has been long, drawn out and fraught with problems. Compared to all my other trades and transactions this one was horrific. In my defense I have never received something I haven't paid or traded for. Thanks to Derek for being patient and I hope we can still be friendly on the board. The MO and Beachhead and Lady Jaye stand were sent per our deal. Circumstances being what they are, I believe I came out the loser on this.
I plan on being a member of this board for the long haul. I am absolutely not here to take advantage of anyone. If this instance causes some to be apprehensive about trading with me then so be it.

Derek wasn't the only one in this fraudulent situation with Cold Slither. He had another deal going with me and never came through on his part. I held items for a while, but he never contacted me. I wasn't as patient and kind as Derek.

I don't think "fraudulent" is the correct adjective. I never lied or received anything without paying or trading for it. The two deals being referred to fell apart due to my lack of communication.

Well, to be completely honest, lack of communication and two of us not receiving items you claim to have sent at similar times.

I'm not saying you're lying or commiting fraud by any means, but the odds of the post office losing two packages simultaneously are slim (In the 8 years I've been on eBay, I've never once lost a package).

Do you have a copy of the stub from the money order you sent, or a copy of the receipt from shipping of the items? Did your girlfriend every find out what happened to the package? Let us know what you come up with.
