DO NOT pull them apart at the waist I as formerly tried and recommended. You'll pop those two halves of the abdomen engineering apart and cause looseness.

You can see the nubbin of the neck where I'd cut the head off to prep the Mego version, but the neck joint itself is just another of Hiya's double-ball barbell necks. The tightness of the collar does limit head movement a bit but carving out the neck socket a bit helps widen the range of motion decently.

You can see just a bit of the shoulder socket in the upper chest assembly in the second pic. It's a softer piece designed for arm-removability like the neck socket is softer plastic designed for the same.

Once you've got the arms and head off the tunic simply slides up and off to allow the belt to then slide onto it; then you rebuild them. I've not tried popping the hips off the folding t-bar, nor the knees out of the thigh or calf bits as I've not had a customizing reason to yet; and I dunno if I trust those hip balls or the bars connecting them to the taint hinge.
