An answer to both I took the hood off , the head is keyed like crazy you have to heat it up and work under the hood with something small don?t pull the hood from the front ? I accidentally ripped the front of the hood? mine was on pretty good but I ran it under my scalding hot water faucet on the side of the sink and it made it soft enough to remove once removed you can move it forward & back on his head to make his eyes more/less visible it makes a big difference I also made him a fully kitted out custom backpack as well .
