At first the part about the sidearm threw me... Like what's he gonna do with that against a ghost? But there are a lot of jokes they could have pulled if he had come out strappin' and they ask him about it... oh the possibilities

Egon puzzled stares off blankly and mutters "technically no, but..." [trails off in science mumbo jumbo]

Venkman to Ray and Egon, "Do you really wanna pester the man when he's packin'? Come on it's New York! Ghost aren't the only thing to worry about on the job...

Sorry it's funnier in my head picturing Murray and company. Excellent customs of some of my favorite movie characters!
