Maybe something along the lines of this:

Yeah nah. I'm really only a classics guy 82 to 86 (and some 87). I've only kitbashed off-model concepts for my T13 b/c I didn't have all the skills and techniques needed to keep the newer better parts in line with classic card art looks. Also, I feel my T13 is outdated now--weird how modern takes can get more outdated than the classics. But you do you--I'll be staying in my lane for the immediate future...

I thank you absolutely. And I also look forward to your new works--especially when you showcase new cast parts I may not be aware of.

I’ve tried the steel files before, and thanks to you I’ve started buffing with felt. I think you saved the headsculpt with the eye paint mods. Kuddos!
EDIT: also, good tip to paint the inside of the helmet to make the plastic look less translucent - a simple thing anyone could use even if they don’t want to change the whole figure!
Yeah, I sprinkled lots of little tips and stuff here, various degrees of difficulty to others might want to try--similar to how I got started years ago by combing this forum, starting out with easier stuff and slowly trying out more things as my comfort level grew. Trying to give it back, that's why my entries are so verbose. I encourage others to do the same if possible.
Also, the felt buffing was a technique I got from these forums, I believe. Either that or from techniques to clean/repair CDs (the little felt pad I use is from really old repair kit).

Nice choice of parts and mods! Simply incredible.

Yes, the paint definitely helps (also helped with the Retro HISS Driver). The translucency of the colored plastic used degrades the quality look. Simply repainting the figure without part swapping/modding might be enough work of an upgrade for anyone interested, and paint rub is less of an issue since the color difference as the rubbed joints would only be a different shade of blue.
Keeping you in mind, I was going to tackle the garotte, but didn't have a spare Bazooka Trooper gear as I thought. For the bullets on the left arm, I'm not sure what size of ammo would be appropriate looking at photos of the original (they look really big and girthy), and the size of the webgear pistol (looks big on card art, small on all figures new and old). I need to get an original vintage figure or Black Major repro for better study if I do these bits.

You sir have the wrong thread. The quick answers, though, are no, no, and no (respectively).
