That’s a good start. For the head, try ROC Baroness or one of the Marvel Universe Black Widow heads. There’s probably other Marvel Universe heads that could work too but I’m not really familiar with the line. You can easily make the bracelets out of brass wire. You can bend it around a rod of the diameter you want. For the knives, Renegades Storm Shadow, Retaliation Ultimate Storm Shadow or 50th Storm Shadow came with similar looking Kunai daggers. Maybe retro Storm Shadow had them too?
As for sculpting, the best advice I can give you is that less is more. Only mix a little bit at a time. It’s better to have to mix more than waste it. You also don’t want to cover your figure with green stuff/Aves or whatever sculpting medium you’re using. A t-shirt ends up looking like a heavy sweater when you do it that way. You only really need to sculpt the edges and any folds of the clothes. Clothes will look more natural and form fitting and it’s less sculpting you have to worry about.
Another tip for sculpting is not to try to get it all done in one shot. Working on a little bit at a time and letting the sculpt cure will help keep you from messing up your sculpt as you go. Think of it as saving a draft as you’re writing a paper.
