It's a bit tight with the print tolerances at this scale and to be honest it was more like assembling a model than putting a toy together. Which is to say, it didn't really "work" out of the box. I had to shave down a bit here and there and ream out the through-holes a bit to get everything together.
I have some overall improvement to do with my articulation, no doubt, but I also think that realistically at this scale and with this material there will probably always be some manual cleanup needed before assembly. I am hoping to get it down to just a quick brushing (to remove un-sintered powder) and a hot water bath for certain parts for assembly (for the equivalent of "boil-and-pop") if I can refine my approach. If I can get to that point I will be quite satisfied and my articulated stuff will be more appealing and accessible to the casual enthusiast.
