in between the blades there is a small hole, very gently and carefully use a small screw driver or other flat tool to pry it apart, but only barely. Just enough to slide the blades out. It won't take much to get the blades out of the rotor hub. Don't try to pry the entire hub apart as that will break it.
I had to do that a few years ago when I put my Tomahawk into storage.
If it'll fit in the box, it might be best to leave it alone just put enough peanuts or paper in there to keep it from moving around much and it should be okay.
There is a few ways to straighten them out, some people use a hair dryer to warm them up enough they are "bendy" then place them between a pair of books to cool and straighten. Another way to do that is with the steam from a pot of boiling water. Of course be very careful with boiling water. Afterwards run cool water over the blades, dry then place between books other some other large heavy flat objects.
