Here is what posted last May, the plans I came up right when the Kickstarter closed:

4X Desert-Ops (tan)
- To me, these are the regular Army troops that would fight along side my Joes on special occasions. Four figs makes a nice little fire team. i'm thinking M-4s for everyone, with two guys as basic riflemen. The third would be a machine gunner, with an M249 as his primary weapon. The fourth would either be a sniper (with a 50cal or M200 from MGR) or a grenadier/anti-armor man (with the grenade launcher from Ultimate Flint or rocket launcher from Ultimate Duke).
4X Urban Ops (grey)
- I see a few options here. 1) Use one for a quick custom Firefly, though the Retaliation 3-pack fig nails the classic remake for me. 2) SWAT team. 3) Urban Cobras who support POC Firefly and are like JV Alley-Vipers. Give them a bunch of close-quarters SMGs like MP5s and shotguns to clear buildings.
4X Night Ops (black)
- These can make for great sci-fi-ish troopers with the full armor package, but i really think that they are begging to be only one thing: IRON GRENADIERS! I love the idea of mixing and matching different colors of figure and web gear. Trading around the tan, green, black, and grey can do a lot for the more realistic tan and green figs, but I think this is where we can have the most Joe-niverse fun. Paint some gold highlights on the figure and mix in some red gear from LOGAN/NATHANAEL and you've got new front-line mercs for Destro's private army. Not sure what weapons would suit them best, but they would need to be futuristic-ish. Maybe "commando" rifles or Vector SMGs.
2X CARMEN Spec Ops (green)
- The obvious sci-fi use here is for Colonial Marines (with the MGR pulse rifles). In my Joe-niverse they'll be either regular Army (like the tan figs) or some heavy green-shirt Joes who would back-up POC Beachhead on a mission. Give each one an ACR with some personalized modular accessories to make them unique.
4X GUERERRO Security Ops (blue)
- This is my Cobra fire team. All will get a mix of AKM/AK47/AKs74u and old school RPGs. Alternately, depending on how the NATHANAEL red tactical vest looks and how well the Hasbro heads swap here, we may have a great update to the old-school standard viper.
2X JULIE Arctic Ops (white)
- I would make this a winter sniper/spotter team. The shooter would get an M200 rifle and a T9 SMG as a personal defense weapon. The spotter would get binoculars or a spotting scope stolen from another fig and an assault rifle (deluxe ACR, commando, or FOS). Mixing in some of the grey or green web gear and pouches could work really well here too.
2X LOGAN Command Ops (red)
- These are an obvious update to the Crimson Guard and i can picture them being the lower-level CG troops led by the Retaliation CG or the Crimson Horsemen. These guys would get "commando" rifles or Vector SMGs similar to my "Iron Grenadiers." Alternately, you could go really heavy with their weapons--like gatling gun heavy--and make them into CG Immortals.
Since getting them, my plans are basically the same but I made a LBC Falcon out of one of the green camo figures (idea stolen from the photos thread). I also got 2 green "Field Ops" figures, too.
