Indeed. Although not all stores are heavily scalped, many along the 202 Freeway are. Thankfully all scalpers cannot be everywhere at once, so there are select pockets of time where I can snag a few here and there. After all, I'm only looking to complete a set and maybe purchase a dup. here and there. I'm not one of those (from this very Messageboard) looking to complete 2-4 sets, and scarfing up all the Joes I can lay my greedy hands on.

Sounds like you follow the same rule of thumb I do. You never, ever know when stores are going to re-stock, so erroring on the side of caution never hurts. :-)
