Click on "Go Advanced" under the Quick Reply message box.

Once that opens click on "Manage Attachments" once the box opens you'll see a tab that says "Browse" find the pics you want on your computers hard drive, then click the "Upload" tab once that is done you should see that your image file name is right above the "Manage Attachments" tab.

Now just click on "Submit Reply" and the picture or pictures should appear in your post.



Another way to get a picture to show up is you need to use a photo hosting site like PhotoBucket.com for example. After you have the pic saved there then copy the URL and type [IMG]Your URL goes here[/IMG] around the URL and the picture will show up in your post.
