Now he has shown us images of a fully painted version! This is the painted master copy, that he and his studio worked on for the past few days.

| Viper_486: Here's the finished pics of the painted master copy of our studio's 'Maintenance Tech" helmet.

Maint_Tech
Helm will be in 2 parts, the facemask, and the main helm.
This will allow the wearer to remove the helm, and still maintain the 'faceless' look.
Facemask will be vented for ease of breathing and talking.
I did the upper helm, and cooked up the concept for the face, and Nick, one of our other sculptors, did the sculpting for the cheeks, and the faceplate.
Remember, this isn't a 'finished' one, but is the master sculpt.
A production one will look more refined, be cast out of light, durable fiberglass, and have a real smoke tinted visor installed.

With everything going on, we cant afford the production costs solo.

All the armor components will be fiberglass.
No crappy vinyl or rubber here.

I definetly will want to see the helmet of the CC-BA. We tried heavily modifiying a vader helmet. While the shape was pretty close, I wasn't really happy with the face details. And for the armor itself, we were looking at using 1/4 inch PVC, same stuff we use for our Mando armor around here. Viper_486: gotcha.
Yeah, ours will be sculpted and cast, old skool.
I love plastic, but I loves my fiberglass more, lol.
Am hoping to have pics of our CG helm here very soon.

No seriously though, looks awesome and any helmet $350 start to finish and delivered? Might have to think about getting a CG one. Maybe a Shadow Guard CG one with matching uniform? Keep reppin' Michigan too!
