roadblock looks a little weird. I think its his mouth.
Outbackk:
    nice...
Saboteur:
Ninja? I didn't know we had a ninja!
Roadblock Recall:
that's my first look, i think it looks really good

except...could they make Roadblock's lips any bigger? LOL
GGPiKE:
Yep, saw this last night. Unfortunately it doesn't show any of the good portions of the Resolute clip. Therefore there will now be a whole slew of people who haven't seen the whole thing and will utter such things as "meh, not impressed", "deth of teh line" "I could dp it better" etc.

My hope is because of this clip, and Hasbro's recent Q&A, they will release the full Resolute promo clip pretty soon.
artiepants:
Awesome, i officially can't wait, that looked fantastic, even if Duke and roadblock look a tiny bit overly-anime-ish/exaggerated.
Lo-Wan Bing:
Cool. RoadBlock looks interesting. I'm glad they are going with a 'cartoon' style rather than so realistic. Looks like a good mix between Sigma 6 and the old show... (yeah, only a few seconds worth, but my videos always freeze so it sat there on the images a while) Glad to hear that there will be some actual killing. (cartoons imported to the US always had bad guys getting blown away and killed every episode as far back as Speed Racer, but anything made specifically for the US couldn't even have people getting hurt: ever wonder why the SuperFriends never actually "fought" the bad guys, only the robots the bad guys made)
Shin Densetsu:
Roadblock looked old, I don't mind it, but the look is definitely noticeable.

Awesome how they showed Snake Eyes doing his thing...or..afterwards.

Yeah, and am I the only one who thought the voice was very...*ahem* "stereotyped"?

    deth of teh line
theprocess:
Anime has really taken over the world, it's GIJOE as far as I can see but i hope the ANIME STYLE does it justice.

Recently I rented BATMAN GOTHAM KNIGHT DVD. Some of the animations were nice, but I wasn't overly impressed with the story line, all the individual cartoons were Japanese influenced art which is great but can't studios find influence elsewhere.

I grew up on ANIME. MAZINGER Z, SPEED RACER, ROBOTECH/MACROSS, KID NIKKI, and so forth...but now that I'm older i think I've gotten sick of it, especially after 2000 when everything seems like it's coming out of Japan's butt.

Don't get me wrong it looks cool, and as far as Roadblock goes he seems like a typical AFRICAN AMERICAN ANIME STYLE CHARACTER, that's how they're drawn in Japan. I just hope it's not lame like SIGMA SIX, I lose interest everytime i have to hear every characters thought process from beginning to end, not everybody can be SPEED RACER.

it could be worst, it could be GIJOE EXTREME. yucky!

    Worst yet, it's a White man Impersonating a black man's voice...ouch!
havokss22:
Best part of the whole video was the guy in the cobra commander outfit "threatening" the little girl with a teddy bear at the end.

Probably right before I figure out how to view the file on my computer.
Kaisugi:
    quicktime

Why hasn't Hasbro released the whole thing in full? Wouldn't that bump up interest? They starve us with Joe product, and with video trailers too! what's with them!?!

I'm slow today, apparently. Thanks guys.
Tatsu:
If Hasbro has sent out some notification that this stuff can't be posted i'm unaware of it. They were VERY aware that many people in the room were recording the video off the screen. They even showed it a second time after the Q&A. Brian Goldner himself was in the panel. But if they have indeed requested that links to this footage be removed I apologize for posting it. Don't want the site to get in trouble.
Kaisugi:
Hey, by the way, Welcome to the Tank!
If it's cool to post that vid, then THANKS!
If it's not, then Shame on You!
I'll let the mods make the decision on that one.

    will be gone soon

You're most likely right, but I think the admins here like to play things safe. They'd rather wait to get official confirmation that it's ok to post the video.
slim19722:
Well, it looks cool, SE was awesome. Can't wait till the Toon, hit's next year.
sharke:
I'm sure Hasbro doesn't want it out there until they post it. I know at Joecon they were very specific that they didn't want it out ofr a good while and on their own terms.
hectorxd:
thanks for posting this. I love it. There were certain parts that seemed a little too anime for me, but overall I loved it. I cant wait. I hope they keep going with this.

    Nicely done Tatsu!

Thanks for sharing! That is amazing! Anime or not! Pure homerun! Too bad, it will only be an hour long. I wonder if they will shop resolute to networks after it is finished. I mean it could easily go on adult swim!
Warrant Officer Flint:
That's cool. I just have one question though... Flint was supposed to be in the Hall of Heros but I have not seen any images of him. What happened???

Yeah a little Al Jolsen was in there. At least he wasen't rapping.

On a lighter note. I saw a Morrissey T-shirt in the crowd

OH YEAH!!, Thanks Tatsu, and welcome to the tank!
Nemesis*Prime:
This series is going to kick ASS!

Finally the older fanbase gets the kind of G.I. Joe animated series we've wanted. Even though this series isn't being made by a Japanese studio, Titmouse seems to have come as close to the Anime style as a Western animation studio can and as a devoted Anime fan myself I have to say they did a pretty good job.
A lot of studios try to copy the look and feel of Japanese Anime but they usually fall seriously 'far from the tree', so to speak. If GONZO had been given the green light to do a Joe series for an older audience, Sigma 6 would have been more like this.

Definitely looking forward to Resolute, it could very well be a better experience then the movie will be.

Fine by me. Just change the info cause it's not from Joe Con. It's from the GI Joe panel at SDCC.
SNAKE EYES:
Wow that looked great thanks Tatsu and thanks Imperial Serpentor for putting it on You Tube.

My only complaint is Roadblock sounds like Robert Downey Jr. from Tropic Thunder in other words a white guy impersonating a black guy.

There have not been any images of any hall of heroes figures released yet.

Flint will be in it, and he will be fixed original outfit.
SITHLOU33:
Can anyone post it on their Myspace page, my friends kid came by and erased my java sript, flashplayer and I can't download them back to my computer.

Steel Brigade:
    HECK YA!! AWESOME!! Thanks!!
G.I. Smurf:
i hope the rest of the art is more like snake eyes and we never see any art like roadblock, that sucked!!!
Crimson Rage:
Can't say I'm "wowed" by it. I think I prefered the look of Sigma Six. Sorry if that makes me some kind of monster (actually, no I'm not).
Rodimus-Power:
    look great, awesome
really Nice video , i think Resolute will be simple cool
General Hawk59:
