| G.I. Joe Resolute Comic Pack Training Snake Eyes And Resolute Duke Repaint Revealed |

Joe Resolute comic packs; Snake Eyes VS Night Creeper. The original cover for this comic can be seen here. Both the cover, and figure, were changed to the one pictured to the left. The initial figure was to be a repaint of Resolute Snake Eyes.
The figure shown is a repaint of Training Storm Shadow, but with an all new head(with molded Arashikage Clan symbol), and accessories, most notably the hookswords from Valor VS Venom Storm Shadow.
Ilovesw has also posted images of both the Training Snake Eyes painted up, and a Resolute Duke repaint in more traditional colors. Click on the title bar to check them out!

| MrClean: That's cool. Hasbro said that the cancelled comic pack Snake Eyes would have been a samurai type armor like the Storm Shadow. It look like there may even be holes in the side of the head for a visor to attach. So, I wonder if this could be the cancelled Snake Eyes?
It'd be great to own, but too rich for me. coola784: that is very cool but a bit expensive. Gyre-Viper: unproduced heads alone go for a lot on ebay. just search for the heads...

I had to correct him on his RESOLUTE Baroness prototype he has
listed as 25th.
but he was very grateful... not that I think anyone is gonna pay $100

| Wouldn't be surprised, Training Storm Shadow came with Dice's weapons and mask.

Something just says that after they spent money on all this new tooling that we are going to get more two packs. Plus, Hasbro can rehash the figures with kitbashed parts from last year.

| Agreed. I think we are going to see it, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if we see it before year's end. The fully painted sample showed up recently, not too long after the prototype, so while it may not come with the comic(which is now available as a bonus at Walmart), I suspect we will see the figure in some way shape or for this year. Primo_Badass: that whats im wondering about...where did the painted sample come from! RayH: Damn thats actually a really cool snake eyes variant, and now i see what they were going for with that SS. I love that snake eyes head!

Who makes all these decisions for the tooling? Primo_Badass: i dunno but its not just the head that makes red fang ninja fail. i think the all black body is pretty bad...any the body parts choice themselves. its just fail fail fail. hopefully kids like them. We'll be seeing these guys again as S&D, although I dunno if they'll be in the exact colors we probably want them. As goofy as their colors were, they were some of the highlights of the Ninja Force crap. I actually really liked them as a kid, and in fact only bought Scarlett as my other Ninja Force figure because I was missing a Scarlett. Pepsi Jedi: Eh... I don't like it at all. That's not Resolute Snake eyes. That's.... I don't know what that is but it's ugly and I don't like it at all.
I'm a fan of the Resolute Duke, though I think I like the first colors more, I'd pick up this one just to have more Resolute figs and what not. Snake Shadow09: Quote:

sigh. Shin Densetsu: I predict a Slice and Dice comic pack for next year. The parts are all readily available, the only one I don't know about are Slice's. The bodies can be made from pre-existing ninja figures from the 25th line. |
