Very, very cool. I didn't have high expectations for the Resolute figures but now that I've seen them I'm anxious to collect this series.

I don't think that design suits an all black livery at all.

You are right. The design is the same on the BAT.
The color scheme is different and I much prefer it.
If anyone getting these prefers the original, send me a pm and we can work something out.

It looks like Hasbro's consolation gift to fans is this Resolute line. If indeed the movie turns out as bad as the leaked images this line looks like a good safety to keep old skool fans like me interested

Pass. Hasbro got the BAT right the first time. This one is just a waste of time, paint and plastic. They should have used those resources to give us something really cool like a STUN with Motor Viper or WHALE w/Cutter and Hydrofoil w/Lamprey. Blah. Damn Hasbro and their lame repaints.

I think someone just hates Everything Resolute.....and before you pull a "Well I could say the same about you"....nope I like the movie Toys.....

These look great, the first BAT was my favorite figure so far in the 25th line. But im confused, is this the same BAT that will be in the troop builder (im not talking about the Resolute box set)? Because if I could get five of these at once, I will be thrilled and buying a crap load. I had also heard that the first BAT has been showing up everywhere, if thats true, its sure not in my area (Upper Michigan). Has anyone heard if we are going to see Dr. Mindbender or Raptor in the 25th line? I would like to see Raptor in a silver color scheme like he was on the package.

Those things are awful damn black. Call me a 80's cartoon purist if you want , but I like my bats with a little yellow on them.

What's an 'old skool' fan? I've been collecting Action Force/Joe figures since the beginning, think just about all the 'original' Resolute figures look like crap so far (the trooper is okay) and favour the movie ones I've seen.

Do you have different Resolute Figs then us? They are sweet.....That Duke Rocks.....CC is just a kitbashed 25th CC and you own all of those I bet........Besides youve seen 2 admiting the trooper is ok.....so your compairing a whole line to 2 figs....you need to take your own advise sometimes......

Well to be honest they had to pay for the mold somehow....I mean not many Characters have metal arms........but still a big pass. If singled packed I might get 1 or 2 but they arent going to force me to buy 5.......

these are awsome, too bad though they wont come on a single card, they should of made these officer bats, how cool would that of been. i think i will use these as officer bats to guide the bat army anyway. either way these are sick and i cant wait.

I started collecting Joe early in 1983 with 90% of my collection revolving around the 82-87 line. After 87 figures were very very far and few between for me.

I think the cartoon looks good and I like a lot of what Ive seen with the figures, not all of them are good (not a fan of Duke) but it looks a lot better than what Ive seen with the movie. If Hasbro feels it has to take a new direction then Resolute is a lot better of a direction than what Ive seen of the movie so far.

I am so glad the usual haters are out in such force on this one because I think they are awesome! Unfortunatly, this doesn't mean they will be any easier to get. The haters will be the first ones to the stores to buy them up, all the while convincing themselves that they are "just for trades" or "custom fodder"!

please don't insult our intelligence with a reply about how you are serious about not buying them and I am wrong. In the end we know the truth (and so do you)!

Huh? Most of the movie bashers have said this since day one......we dont hate the movie because its not a straight up redo of the cartoon....We dont like it because of Battle Suits....The Directer.....the script....The casting.......We all have giving this same very answer at least once....and its still not good enough.

I agree with the movie bashing I was actualy refering to the way he explained his dislike of the resolute line without the usual,
"they suck, i'll never buy them, burn in hell Hasbro, The whole line is dead, the end is near" take on it!
