Since Destro gave the dpci for the figures I used it to find all the other Numbers for retaliation toys for target.

Figures. 087060202. 9.99
Delta vehicle 087060253. 19.99
Bravo vehicle 087060257. 14.99
Alpha vehicle. 087060262. 12.99
Ninja set. 087060274. 24.99
10" battle battlers 087060270 19.99
Blade of justice. 087060283
Battle kata weapon. 087060284
Mask. 087060287

I can get prices on the others if interested.
Zarana:
Blade of justice. 087060283

I am some what interested in this. Mostly the name though.
RuckusJr:
Glad to see they're back to 8.99. My Target has Joes at 10.99 right now.
Nirvana:
Still overpriced at $9 a pop. And we have confirmation that 'DELTA' is the new name for Bravo class while old Alpha moved up to Bravo and new Alpha is probably just the Bike + Figure releases.
Flint Faireborn:
Is there a web page to look at available stock using these numbers or do you have to actually call?

Since you work at Targee...
Do you know when does the purge of POC/30th anni joes start?
Raw Dog:
Cool bro, thanks for posting! I can't wait to get my hands on these. They look awesome!
eddy-arashikage:
I take it that most are happy with these prices?
Xenos:
I think the vehicle prices are really fair considering we were paying $14.99 for the Bravo-sized vehicles in 2008. I'd prefer the figures at $7.99 though. $8.99 seems kind of high. I'm holding out hope that Walmart keeps the $6.97 price point for them, but I'm guessing they won't. Luckily, I'm not planning on doing much army building with these figures. I think Red Ninja is pretty much the only one for me.
kennywr22:
Well to answer your question syn3thesia there isn't gonna be any big purge that I can see. I say that because last I checked( Friday) there was only about 11,000 total figures left and they were in the distribution centers or at stores already. My store hasn't gotten a new case in two plus months. Sitting with just 3 figures in the pegs. That number is just under a thousand cases. There are just over 1700 targets. So there may be a case going to a store here and there but that appears to be it. Good for target, not so good for us.
jestermon:
Ya saw the 10.99 price tag yesterday.
kennywr22:
I'm kinda hoping with the 8.99 price they will have them on sale a couple of times, because they can still make money with them on sale. Oh and as if now they are 124,000 figures on order. That is roughly half as roc in the beginning. This is good in my eyes because less chance of target getting burned with extras.

Thanks for the info man. It's always interesting to get the inside scoop from you.

Do you have any idea what Target pays for the figures?
JamesBenjamin:
So which vehicles fall under which price points? Is there a list broken down that way? I just remember seeing lots of pictures with no "class" listed.

I see. Kind of the same scenario for my stores. No wonder they haven't gotten anything in the last month.

Do you know when the new Joes are going to be released? street date if any?

Have they started shipping to the DC's yet?
kennywr22:
Still may 28 th as of now. Hoping it changes. No they haven't started shipping to the dc's yet. Kinda makes me think the may 28th date is still the date.
ultramax:
$8.99-$10.99 for a figure is rediculous

I'll wait for the clearance sale or pick them up at ross for $3.99
Veedubguy83:
So when I look these DCPI's up in the look up they are coming up available in my local stores... that doesn't make sense to me...

8.99...companies and stores really must not want these to sell anymore...6.97 or lower is where the magic price is at. wish retailers and toy makers would remember that.

True. Except inflation is an unstoppable force.
Veedubguy83:
and gas companies must not want to sell gas anymore @ almost $5.00 a gallon... but we still buy it, and we will continue to buy toys at ridiculously outrageous prices... or they will simply just stop making them... and we can cry some more...

I would be willing to bet the price increase was for clearance purposes. They are raising the prices so when the figures hit 75% off of $10.99 they will still be about $3.68 each instead of 75% off $7.99 which would be about $1.98. I am guessing the clearance will happen soon to make way for the retaliation toys. This is pure speculation , but it makes sense if you think about it.

Target doesn't do 75% clearance anymore. It's 30/50/70 now.

Gots to do some looking

I dont need GI Joes to get to work...that s asilly comparison...if i dont fuel my car it does nto work...

In other news, just need some BBTS pre-orders, I am not going to run amok for the majoprioty of these lackluster figures as a whole. I would love to wait for these to hit Ross to army build what I want, but given hardly any IM2 stuff is still at TJ/MAX/ROss locations (mostly still unclearenced at all of retail) I dont think Hasbro is really sending that much stuff out to retailers anymore, or retail is really limiting its orders overall. Wheres POC at Ross? and Captain America figures?(I seen the justice jet and the stupid justice car and the 2 Toys R Us POC joe exclusives once) but nothing else related to those lines) unelss for some reason the excess is still not getting to any of these retailers at all. Its an odd occurance this time around, but I feel like it took 2-3 years for the 2008 stuff to finnaly trickle in or was it?

Thanks for helping to support the brand. Joe fans appreciate your help.

$8.99/figure seems the be the industry standard for figures this scale, so it doesn't concern me.

I like the vehicle pricing, as it reflects what it's been at for a while now. I can't wait to start picking up the Deltas. I don't think there is one Alpha or Bravo I'm interesting in.

Target seems to not ship streetdated toys to individual stores until a week or two before the streetdate. That's what I've noticed for other streetdated, movie lines. These are far more likely to pop up at TRU or Walmart early.
orezona:
EDIT: nevermind.

CVdelgado:
7.99 was my limit for the price of figures. if i buy any it will prbably only be the hard to find stuff and NO army building. the rest ill just wait for clearance or ross... you pushed to hard hasbro... maybe another store will meet my price point...

vehicle pricing is ok, but im not buying many of those anyways.

not this mess again. if we dont like it we are supposed to buy it to hope things will one day get better??? eff that and take your guilt trip elsewhere.
nightfall:
I agree with Ash Talon that at least the figures will pop out early. I don't think it'll be early with national companies like WM or TRU. Something like what happened with Meijers in Ohio. We have a store chain here in the northwest call Fred Meyer. I'm waiting for them to pop this stuff out. They have a huge $4.99 sale on Joes thru the end of the month.

Blame the retail chains and companies for jackign up prices. Inflation is a bullsh$t copout used by every other industry....They the figures dont need to be above 6.97 and any higher i just wont buy. I hope they do go away if they wont come down.

Yeah, I got pretty much ALL of my carded 30th figs from Fry's in AZ (which is owned by Kroger) which is basically just a grocery store. Until recently they were the cheapest retail spot to get them, too ($6.97).

When I was a kid on the coast in Oregon the ONLY place to get Joes was Freddys.

There's always the possibility that these Retaliation figs might end up in the corner pharmacy stores (CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc.) early too. However, for the mark up they give them, I probably won't be checking to see if that happens.
Steevy Maximus:
$25 for the Ninja Battles sets?

Well, there goes that "great value" they were in Hasbro's press release.

Maybe Wally world will get them for $20...

Yes, true. However, that's precisely how inflation works. Using inflation as a copout for raising prices actually promotes inflation.

How do you look these up online? Do you need to be an employee? I don't see anywhere on Target's website to enter DCPIs... Thanks for any info!
lands36:
I already got my figures. All of wave one. Meijer had them in Michigan paid 6.97 for them got 12.
Sciencefriction:
