It’s Rumor Time. But in fact this rumor surfaced a long time ago when we first heard of a character called Mouse is in G. I. Joe: Retaliation. Pretty soon, Joe Mazzello was chosen for the job.
Entertainment Site; Comic Book Movie states that they have received an e-mail from someone claiming to be working for the upcoming movie letting them know of that Sgt. Slaughter is in Retaliation.
It is said that it was Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who plays Roadblock suggested to Director Jon M Chu to include the character as a Cameo.
If true, this will come as no surprise since Robert Remus, who is the real life WWE personality which the fictional character based on, is in the same profession as The Rock.

Reportedly, the Joe’s will be on the run from Cobra at some point during the film and Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson) states he knows where they can hide out for a while, with the man who trained him to be a Joe. Enter Sgt. Slaughter and the Slaughter House!!!!!!
