But knowing Hasblow its going to end up being something like a gimicky die cast toy or some lame remake of something in the 90s.

Let's hope this is the new vehicle wave, not some Corps knockoff

Thanks for the heads up, here are my guesses:

Strike Jet=Resolute Skystriker or some Joe jet in the movie(maybe that transport thing that Snake Eyes jumps out of)

Battle Tank=movie MOBAT

ARMOR=Serpent armor(movie SNAKE armor).

I'll wait and see but I'm willing to bet these are Movieline stuff.

they showed some kind of play armor at toy fair. i think it was duke. Kinda like a Halloween costume. Probably what the armor is.

its been target for me for the last 10 singles, 3 comic packs and the 80s dvd set. (and combat heroes wave 2, yeah, i own them).

i have two walmarts within 5 minutes of my house.
heres what they have as far as singles....
walmart A....nothing
walmart B....bazooka, stalker.

granted, ive been caught up for a month or so....but itd be nice to see joe stuff when i get to the toy dept.

Same here. They haven't anything on the pegs but Major Bludd and maybe still a Gung-Ho. They have 5 times as much "The Corps." stuff as 25th G.I.Joes and have yet to come accross a vehicle or comic pack there either, let alone one of the 5-packs or DVD packs! The only store within at least an hour of me that has more than the same 3-5 figures since Christmas 2008 is Shopko and they just raised the price of their single carded figs to $11.99! Comic Packs are $21.99 and vehicle packs are $24.99 there. I have been getting most of mine off here lately but I'd say 85-90% of my 25th collection has come from off ebay and that sucks! Walmart just plain sucks within 3 hours of me(and there are at least 10 of them in that area), Shopko must think that these are REAL Government things, thus the overpricing on them, KMart has next to nothing and the nearest Target is an hour away and they seem to carry almost the same amount as Walmart does. I need to move I think, this really sucks!

I'm guessing ROC toys. The battle tank is prbably the retooled Armadillo w/ Thunder.

Oh yet another fact about what we are getting at Wal Mart Joe wise: I'll bet the section we get will be 8 pegs and very little shelfing for the vehicles. I am sure Transformers will take up 1/2 of 1 side of the aisle. I don't know what the big deal is with the WRASTLIN' figures... but those things and BEN 10 .. need to go to the back so they can put something real on the shelves like G I JOE!! I mean.. I think Wal Mart just really dislikes the Joes!

I think it's a new vehicle altogether. I'd imagine that the gunship would have an abbreviated listing like "gnship" or "C Gship". Not to mention it doesn't really look like a jet.

Well, I hope it's something entirely new because that gunship doesn't really do anything for me.

The movie "off screen" sets could have potential if they were based on the original figures. The "night" one could be the night viper which would be insanley awesome he's my most wanted cobra trooper at this point.

Shockwave could be the nightforce version, and Tunnel rat might be as well. The irony that the night force versions of those two would also blend in with the overal movie color scheme as well. And come to think of it night force shockwave vs a night viper kinda makes sense... like having two snow people against eachother or desert people.

we know hasbro wants to do night force based stuff as seen with falcon.

For all the vehicles with the exception of the snow cat i doubt i'll get them unless they are based on classic versions of vehicles just with new names.

I'm hoping that the COBRA FURY ALLE means Fury with Alley Viper.

have no clue what the diamondback is or the Cobra Fury. Though the 40 dollar price point has my interest. Its something decently sized.

Yeah your right, but knowing Hasbro they will release it during the movie line without him and a ton of Joe collector's will buy it, then after the 25th stuff comes back they will release the Snow Cat again in classic packaging with Frostbite and everyone will buy it again

These sound promising, especially a new Gung-Ho and Monkeywrench. We so need anew, non-sharing-the-same-head-as Leatherneck Gung-Ho.

i could pass on most of the figures, interested in the vehicles though. hope the hiss is the one from the game, doubt it though seeing as all the almost all of the vehicles are re-releases with giant missile launchers all over them.

the diamondback w/ strato-viper sounds like a python patrol repaint of the n. raven.

There is no guarantee that ANY of this will be in classic form. Most likely, all of it will be in movie form. My only hope are those "off-screen" comic packs and the Snow Cat. We'll have to see.

I think the the original had a gawdy color scheme, and the 97 one was pretty cool.

I think past 86 vehicles became very hit or miss, and i think some could be salved with better color schemes....

and if this does come with an alley viper i always loved this
