Those look great, but I'll wait for them to arrive at TRU.

The only real stand out is Infiltrator Duke,that's a nice use of Airborne parts.

The Joes are kind of bland, but they'll find good homes in my Joeverse. And can always use more Cobra Troops.

When Gyre Viper posted the links to these earlier today, i offered Handytoy $55 for the Joe 5 pack, but he declined. I might still buy them, it works out £42.34 & £6.04 shipping for me at the current price.

Anyone know how much roughly these will be a retail?

These are not a great looking group. I will not even touch upon Repeaters change as to not start a war of nonsensical responses.

Whoever designed these 5 packs must be either joking or suffering memory loss. I mean, since when did my favorite character Repeater become black instead of white??? I am definitely going to pass on these so-called 5 packs. After all, they are just a bunch of repaints with un-authentic history. Pathetic.

It looks like the're going with the resolute dial-tone.It 's all A big let down for me.I saw the list on the front page and thought I could fill in some holes in my 25th stuff/I really don't like the desert camo though

Are the Cobras even repaints?
The MARS Officer & Trooper look exactly like the ones in the 3 pack, same goes for the Elite Viper.
I guess that's good news for people who are troop building those guys.

i thought breaker from the movie had alot more in common with dial tone than breaker.

dial tone sucks anyway, he looks ridiculous with that mustache just like half the other joes. his backback looked like ten kinds of ass. and his color scheme was horrendous.

and talking on a phone is something i definately see women doing alot more.

repeater was awesome. this one is lackluster. he should at least have his badass smart gun and single fingerless glove.

the Joe sets a big fat pass for me ~ i don't like the deco theme at all or any of the builds. Law might be ok (and i don't need them to be 100% ARAH or anything, i just don't like these colors at all)

the Duke in the Cobra Pack is actually pretty cool looking. Can't go wrong using the Airborne body.

Sorry, but these sets (especially the Joe one) are just really done poorly. Why did they even bother calling those figures Law, Footloose, Repeater and Dial-Tone? I'm not going to lie, I'd rather have the classic versions of these characters over these lame ducks.

These two packs look really bland. I don't know what it is about them. Pass for me.

Is it just me, or is hasbro cranking out these things so fast and so much, that quality control is becoming even more of an issue than before. The figures that are coming out look cheaper and cheaper by the truck load!

Yeah. The PIT Commando is about 1/4 the size of Laws.

Yeah it's about 3 times as big as the one the Pit Commando comes with.

the One the PC comes with is.. like.. Lunch tray size.

I think these were done to fill a committement and were rushed out.

Why didn't they just call him Hardball, Stalker, Bulletproof, or Red Dog?

Alot of times the multi-packed figures feel like they are made of different plastic, that might be to help keep costs down. The singles always seem to get the best quality plastics, but in turn they also are not as good a deal as the multi-packs are. This is all speculative but it's a careful balance of cost & consideration.

Hasbro has made so many screwed up changes to GI Joe and used so many repaints as new figures the line is tainted for all time!

The best thing about the Joe pack is the gear.

I prefer the Cobra set, still wondering what that mask is that Duke comes with. I see the PIT Commando gas mask but what is the other mask? Or is it a swappable head?

It looks like a steel brigade mask. That will really make him fit in with Cobra.

I don't like the color of the camo but Repeater's is the closest to his G1 counterpart. But then they have to change the skin color..
