Joe Rise of Cobra 5 packs exclusive to Toys 'R' Us. Each of these 5 packs includes 4 members of Joe or Cobra, with 1 member in each pack disguised as someone from the opposing team. The Joe set includes:- Zartan in desert MP disguise
- Dial-Tone
- Repeater
- Law & Order
- Footloose
Meanwhile, the Cobra set includes:- Duke in infiltration disguise
- Elite-Viper with attack dog
- M.A.R.S. Trooper
- M.A.R.S. Officer
- Neo-Viper
These sets might show up in the beginning of Fall. Until then, click the title bar to check them out!

The Joes are kind of bland, but they'll find good homes in my Joeverse. And can always use more Cobra Troops.

The MARS Officer & Trooper look exactly like the ones in the 3 pack, same goes for the Elite Viper.

dial tone sucks anyway, he looks ridiculous with that mustache just like half the other joes. his backback looked like ten kinds of ass. and his color scheme was horrendous.
and talking on a phone is something i definately see women doing alot more.
repeater was awesome. this one is lackluster. he should at least have his badass smart gun and single fingerless glove.
apparantly affirmative action means all gi joe heavy gunners MUST be black. hahah artiepants: the Joe sets a big fat pass for me ~ i don't like the deco theme at all or any of the builds. Law might be ok (and i don't need them to be 100% ARAH or anything, i just don't like these colors at all)
the Duke in the Cobra Pack is actually pretty cool looking. Can't go wrong using the Airborne body. DarthBrett: Sorry, but these sets (especially the Joe one) are just really done poorly. Why did they even bother calling those figures Law, Footloose, Repeater and Dial-Tone? I'm not going to lie, I'd rather have the classic versions of these characters over these lame ducks. The singles always seem to get the best quality plastics, but in turn they also are not as good a deal as the multi-packs are. Hasbro has made so many screwed up changes to GI Joe and used so many repaints as new figures the line is tainted for all time! Shin Densetsu: The best thing about the Joe pack is the gear.
