I wish the camo was a little darker but I still think this is the best modern version of Firefly.

Such a great figure. And best of all, he'll forever be known as "Retaliation Firefly". Not "POC Firefly" or "25th Firefly", or even "30th Firefly". Nope, the movie gets the credit. ;)

Love this Firefly. I also like the upcoming"Ultimate" Firefly, although he is not as ultimate as this one.

ya why do they come so close to making such a perfectly faithful recreation of v1 firefly and then not do the camo on the head or as dark on the body

i dont get how they call the single release ultimate. it doesnt look like theres anything ultimate about it

"Ultimate" figures come with a bunch of accessories. That's pretty much the only thing special about them.

And the "Mini HISS Drone" it's a great deal for a single carded figure.

I had my beloved vintage Firefly stolen out of my mom's car when I was 11. Shouldn't have left it in there!

I echo the comments in regards to the camo-less head and light camo aps. Why?! Now I have to mess with my OCD and decide if I want to do a head swap between my 25th and this 3-pack version as my go-to-FF, or leave my collection factory-intact (outside obvious customs). Boo.

...and just as I make my above comments, I get the above pic to consider! Wow. I love the unmasked head on the new 3-pack version! Hmmm...crap. My OCD won't let me collect more than one figure per character. Why do I make up my own set of rules?! lol

Like everyone else on here, this FF is the best so far. I wish they would have used the 25th backpack but that's easy to correct.

I really dig this fig!! I like the modern weapons, but in my mind they look wrong. Why can't I let that go?!?! Anybody else feel that way?

Great figure? Yes! Ultimate Firefly? No! Like others have said, he's too light and his head doesn't have the camo pattern, which is also barely noticeable on the figure. I wish he would have come with his original gun and backpack as well. Even with these complaints though, I'm very happy and thankful for him, but I will have to repaint and re-equip him.

I think he looks better with a plain balaclava. If I had to nitpick, I wish his bandolier was a darker gray.

This is by far the best version of FF. I picked up both 3 packs the other day and beside the red shock trooper, this is my favorite fig out of both sets.

I luv the head sculpt, I think that is what really makes this FF stand out. The weapons, web gear, paint apps, just everything about him is perfect.

Not only is this the best FF ever made, it may be the best GI Joe figure in the last several years. It is that good.

Best modern Firefly by Hasbro. While I am partial to the 25th comic pack one that came with Storm Shadow, I felt that the 25th Firefly figures(which used the Beachhead buck) were too tall, that the HOH was too short, the ROC HQ For Heroes version was cool, the Resolute one was alright, but this Invasion one...

Bad. Ass.

Figure looks good. Need to swap out those upper legs/thighs to get him more like his 84' self. Could not ask for a better base figure!

Great looking Firefly figure, but I concur it isn't the ultimate version due to the aforementioned light coloring and mask sans camo.

Ultimate Firelfy may end up being a mix of the 25th, TRU ROC and this version for me.

His web gear looks to sit better on the shoulders with this figure also added to the fact that his articulation looks to be better for posing makes this a great figure to say the least!!

I wonder how a head swap with the 25th version would look, this is almost my ultimate firefly.

The ultimate firefly will have to be really special to beat this guy! And this from a 3 pack movie figure who should be relatively easy to get more than one of!

Overall I have to say the retaliation line isn't as bad as many are saying at all!

Yeah, while this one isn't 100% perfect, IMO, it is leaps and bounds better than the 25th version, and I dare say the definitive version.

The "ultimate" firefly is based off the movie, and from what overseen of it, is nowhere near as nice a figure (although I don't think it's bad). The cool thing about it is that it's supposed to come with the HISS drone.

The single carded Ultimate one is a kitbash of existing figures with this figure's head iirc. The torso is form ROC Storm Shadow. The cool thing is, we get BOTH of these Firefly figures in the same line!

Back in ROC stuff like this was unheard of. If you wanted a modern non-movie figure you had to wait for the 7 packs that year. Retaliation gets points from me for including movie figures with non-movie figures us older collectors want.

This looks to be a solid figure & better than most Firefly's thus far if just under the "Ultimate" one planned as a single pack. I don't like what looks to be the Outback upper legs but the rest looks great!

Did everybody else get two bombs and the green hand gun? Mine only had 1 bomb and no green handgun. No spots for them in the package either.

I am def like this figure. I cant wait to get ahold of the 3 pack to get him. The more i look at the figure the more i want to buy multiple packs.

Two bombs one is attached to the web on the front the other on the back.

Yeah I had the one in the front, but the one in the back was missing. Frustrating this pack seems to have such poor QC.

I got the Blast-board Firefly, and hes missing his big gun and his light up feature dosn't work. Seems Retaliation is having LOTS of QC issues...
